Hi! We're going on parental leave in March/April or April/May, or somewhere in between, for two months of backpacking in Southeast Asia and would like to rent out our house to someone who will take good care of us during that time. It's a newly built house that we've been living in for nine months – so not everything is quite finished yet; for example, most of the built-in wardrobes are still missing. It's ideal for an expat family or a family moving to Hamburg who needs temporary accommodation while they look for their own place. The house would also be suitable for shared living (€800 per person per month), provided the tenants are careful with our belongings. We're also flexible with the rental period.
