Hi! We're going on parental leave in March/April or April/May, or somewhere in between, for two months of backpacking in Southeast Asia and would like to rent out our house to someone who will take good care of us during that time. It's a newly built house that we've been living in for nine months – so not everything is quite finished yet; for example, most of the built-in wardrobes are still missing. It's ideal for an expat family or a family moving to Hamburg who needs temporary accommodation while they look for their own place. The house would also be suitable for shared living (€800 per person per month), provided the tenants are careful with our belongings. We're also flexible with the rental period. So please feel free to *6 Rooms* - Bedroom 1 - Double bed 2m x 2.20m - Bedroom 2 / Study - Double bed 1.60m x 2m, fully equipped workstation - Children's Rooms 1 & 2 - each with a single bed 1m x 2m - Study 2 - Fully equipped workstation - Study 1 - Fully equipped workstation + double bed 1.60m x 2m - Open-plan living/dining room including kitchen - sofa, projector, piano, guitar, cajon, stove, dishwasher, refrigerator, high chairs, parquet flooring, etc. - Ground floor WC - shower, toilet, sink, window - Upstairs bathroom - shower, bathtub, toilet, sink, window - 80 sq m basement - laundry room, workshop, studio, multi-purpose room - playroom, drum set, guest room with pull-out sofa bed. - "Sheephole" - bicycles, Thule bike trailers/double strollers, scooters, etc. are available for your use.
