Recently converted light-flooded roof-top apartment in an old historic building with loft character and balcony on the 5th floor of a garden house. We have attached great importance to a high-quality, ecologically oriented loft conversion featuring upgraded insulation, triple glazing, controlled ventilation of the apartment with regenerative heat recovery, underfloor heating, oak flooring, oiled natural wooden furniture or loam rendered walls. The experience we gathered during the many years of living in short-term furnished apartments in the course of my career and the desire to do a better job have been integrated into converting these apartments into roof-top lofts to dream in. The waxed hardwood floor is just one of the elements in the harmonious atmosphere of oiled natural wooden furniture and classic design objects, for example, the LC-2 one-seater and couch. The spacious, fully-equipped open kitchen with induction cooker, dishwasher, low-noise fume hood and Miele washer-dryer- just to mention a few of the special features - is full of functional highlights. For your convenience we have installed a technical package including a 100 MBit/s internet connection - accessibly also over cable connection as with WIFI - in addition to Sony 42“ smart tv connected with a Bose booster. A satellite dish delivers connection to all stations positioned on Astra and Hotbed. It goes without saying that you will also find sufficient wall sockets wherever you need them. The spacious balcony with exposition to the south east is furnished with the comfortable outdoor furniture thus offering a perfect place to relax on warm summer evenings. The bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed (160 x 200 cm) featuring a 7-zone cold foam mattress to ensure that you will get a good night’s sleep. The bathroom is equipped with a double bathtub with Hansgrohe Raindance shower fittings, Keramag Design basin and WC basin – offering the five-star comfort you deserve all along the line. Last but not least, you can also expect to find a large set of towels and bed linen at your disposal. At the heart of Simon-Dach-Kiez and nevertheless absolutely quiet, less than 5 minutes away from two hip bars, the well-known RAW-Gelände, a nearby supermarket and the next tram stops, at a distance of less than 10 minutes to the next underground and suburban train station (S-Bahn) Warschauer Straße. And for those of you who desire to party the night away, Berlin’s hot spots and clubs are at a walking distance of less than 15 minutes. An unbelievably colourful and multifaceted infrastructure in the direct vicinity will prevent you from running out of food and drinks and will definitely ensure that there is no chance of getting homesick. By the way, the majority of the tenants renting our Dachträume (Loft Dreams) are extremely reluctant to leave! Right in the middle of the Simon-Dach-Kiez and yet quiet, less than 5 minutes to two popular trendy pubs, the RAW area, the nearest supermarket and the nearest streetcar stops, less than 10 minutes to the Warschauer Straße underground and S-Bahn station and those who really want to party the night away will find Berlin's hippest clubs are less than a 15-minute walk away. An incredibly colorful and diverse infrastructure in the immediate vicinity makes it impossible to die of thirst or starvation and prevents homesickness. The tenants of our rooftop dreams usually find it hard to move out again!
