3 Zimmer wohnung von 125m² in Berlin

Situated in the backyard on the 4th floor, the loft is quietly located in a lovely neighbourhood, with public transportation nearby, late night convenience stores, restaurants, bars and cafes nearby. The apartment is fully furnished, south facing with a lot of lights. There are two living rooms, two bedrooms and two bathrooms on both floors, the kitchen is also fully equipped with all the essentials. I'm a filmmaker living and working in between Berlin and elsewhere. I travel sometimes, and with the help of my neighbours my place is available for temporary rental while I'm away. After hosting on A*rb*b since a decade, due to ethical concern, I decided to try for alternative platforms to continue hosting.
