English: The apartment is a quiet oasis in the heart of Schöneberg. Located directly on “Barbarossaplatz”, it is central yet very quiet and surrounded by greenery. DIVISION: You enter the apartment via a spacious hallway from which all the rooms lead in three directions. The kitchen, the bathroom (with window) and the bedroom are facing the quiet street. There is a very wide, green front yard - so the road is at a great distance. The living room and a small adjoining room are facing the green south side. The balcony, which you enter through the living room, is also there. From the balcony you look into a large green area with trees and birdsong so it is perfect for relaxing. The sun ist shining into the living room the whole day. In the hallway there is a practical niche for the washing machine and cleaning utensils, separated by a nice curtain. The whole apartment is very bright and friendly. Because the light gets reflected from the opposite façade it also shines into the rooms on the north side causing a really friendly and light atmosphere. Although the apartment only has 2 1/2 rooms the way the rooms are alined makes it feel much more spacious. FURNISHING: The apartment was recently renovated and designed with a lot effort. The focus was on placing a simple and functional facility. There are curtains and pillows in nice fabrics and colours so they create a pleasant atmosphere. The bedroom consist of a double bed with two mattresses. The sofa in the living room can be pulled out and made into a bed. The table in the living room is perfect for eating and setting up your workplace there. The small room can be used as a guest room or additional storage space. The other equipment corresponds to the usual standards (see below). THE HOUSE: If you are going to live here it will be appreciated if you will be just as quite as the other tenants that live here. INFRASTRUCTURE: The House is just one minute away from a small supermarket where you can get all kinds of products for daily use. The “Goltzstraße” and the “Akazienkiez” can also be reached by foot and invite you to stroll around many shops, cafes and restaurants. And for those who love to go to markets, within a 5-minute walk you will get to the “Winterfeldmarkt” where you can buy all kinds of things every Wednesday and Saturday. Believe me you will love it. CONNECTION: The subway station “Eisenacher Straße” and various bus lines are within a 3-minute walk from the apartment. The nearest S-Bahn station is “Julius-Leber-Brücke”, which allows you to get to visit many different places in Berlin. No matter where you want to go, the public transport near the apartment will get you there as fast as possible. German: Die Wohnung ist eine ruhige Oase im Herzen Schönebergs. Direkt am Barbarossaplatz gelegen ist sie gleichzeitig zentral und dennoch sehr leise und von Grün umgeben. AUFTEILUNG: Sie betreten die Wohnung über einen großzügigen Flur, von dem aus in drei Richtungen alle Zimmer abgehen. Zur ruhigen Straße finden Sie die Küche, das Bad (mit Fenster) und das Schlafzimmer. Vor dem Haus befindet sich ein sehr breiter, grüner Vorgarten - die Straße ist also in weiterer Entfernung. Das Wohnzimmer und ein kleines Nebenzimmer sind zur grünen Südseite ausgerichtet. Hier befindet sich auch der Balkon, den man über das Wohnzimmer betritt. Man blickt in eine große Grünzone mit Bäumen und Vogelgezwitscher. So kann man wunderbar auf dem schönen Balkon entspannen. Das Wohnzimmer ist von Vormittags bis Nachmittags lichtdurchflutet. Im Flur ist eine praktische Nische für die Waschmaschine sowie Putzutensilien, abgetrennt durch einen schönen Vorhang. Die ganze Wohnung ist sehr hell und freundlich. Auch von der Nordseite her kommt von der gegenüberliegenden Fassade her reflektiertes Licht in die Räume. Der gute Schnitt der Wohnung vermittelt ein großzügiges Wohngefühl. AUSSTATTUNG: Die Wohnung wurde erst vor Kurzem renoviert und mit Liebe gestaltet. Dabei wurde Wert auf eine schlichte und sachliche Einrichtung gelegt. Durch ein paar gezielte Farbakzente und schöne Vorhänge und Stoffe entsteht eine angenehme Atmosphäre. Im Schlafzimmer gibt es ein Doppelbett mit zwei Matratzen. Das Sofa im Wohnzimmer kann man zum Schlafsofa ausziehen. Den Tisch im Wohnzimmer kann man sowohl als Essplatz nutzen oder auch seinen Arbeitsplatz dort einrichten. Das kleine Zimmer kann man gut als Gästezimmer oder weiteren Ablageraum nutzen. Die weitere Ausstattung entspricht den gängigen Standards (siehe unten). HAUS: Das Haus ist sehr ruhig. Daher wünschen wir uns ebenso ruhige Mieter. Es wohnen dort . langfristige Mieter aus Berlin. INFRASTRUKUR: Der nächste Supermarkt ist in nur einer Minute erreichbar. Ebenfalls sehr nah sind weitere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für alle Dinge des täglichen Bedarfs. Die Goltzstraße und der Akazienkiez laden mit ihren vielen kleinen Läden zum Bummeln ein. Ausserdem gibt es sehr viele nette Cafés und Restaurants. In nur 5 Minuten erreichen Sie den Winterfeldtmarkt, der Mittwochs und Samstags Besucher aus ganz Berlin anlockt. ANBINDUNG: Sehr gute Anbindung: In 3 Minuten fußläufig befindet sich der U-Bahnhof Eisenacher Str. sowie diverse Buslinien. Die nächste S-Bahnstation ist Julius-Leber-Brücke. Man kommt also sehr gut mit verschiedenen öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln in die verschiedenen Stadtteile Berlins.
