Quiet oasis in the heart of Schöneberg

The apartment is a quiet oasis in the heart of Schöneberg. Located directly on “Barbarossaplatz”, it is central yet very quiet and surrounded by greenery. DIVISION: You enter the apartment via a spacious hallway from which all the rooms lead in three directions. The kitchen, the bathroom (with window) and the bedroom are facing the quiet street. There is a very wide, green front yard - so the road is at a great distance. The living room and a small adjoining room are facing the green south side. The balcony, which you enter through the living room, is also there. From the balcony you look into a large green area with trees and birdsong so it is perfect for relaxing. The sun ist shining into the living room the whole day. In the hallway there is a practical niche for the washing machine and cleaning utensils, separated by a nice curtain. The whole apartment is very bright and friendly. Because the light gets reflected from the opposite façade it also shines into the rooms on the north side causing a really friendly and light atmosphere. Although the apartment only has 2 1/2 rooms the way the rooms are alined makes it feel much more spacious. FURNISHING: The apartment was recently renovated and designed with a lot effort. The focus was on placing a simple and functional facility. There are curtains and pillows in nice fabrics and colours so they create a pleasant atmosphere. The bedroom consist of a double bed with two mattresses. The sofa in the living room can be pulled out and made into a bed. The table in the living room is perfect for eating and setting up your workplace there. The small room can be used as a guest room or additional storage space. The other equipment corresponds to the usual standards (see below). THE HOUSE: If you are going to live here it will be appreciated if you will be just as quite as the other tenants that live here. INFRASTRUCTURE: The House is just one minute away from a small supermarket where you can get all kinds of products for daily use. The “Goltzstraße” and the “Akazienkiez” can also be reached by foot and invite you to stroll around many shops, cafes and restaurants. And for those who love to go to markets, within a 5-minute walk you will get to the “Winterfeldmarkt” where you can buy all kinds of things every Wednesday and Saturday. Believe me you will love it. CONNECTION: The subway station “Eisenacher Straße” and various bus lines are within a 3-minute walk from the apartment. The nearest S-Bahn station is “Julius-Leber-Brücke”, which allows you to get to visit many different places in Berlin. No matter where you want to go, the public transport near the apartment will get you there as fast as possible.
