The bathroom (with window) can be used for both bathing and showering and in the kitchen there is a washing machine and a dishwasher, as well as a large fridge and of course everything you are looking for in a kitchen. Great-grandmother's corner bench and two chairs offer space for cosy meals. From the living room you reach the covered balcony (Loggia) through an old double glass door, on which you can also smoke. The apartment itself is a non-smoking apartment, I don't have any pets either. The sofa in the living room can also be easily converted into a double bed. My tenants are the whole apartment (3 rooms; Kitchen; bath) with loggia. Internet (wifi) telephone and cable TV are available. To smoke I ask to go to the balcony.
