The apartment: 's can accommodate up to 4 people there, 2 in the quiet bedroom in a cozy 1.60m wide bed and up to 2 in a small room on a fold-out sofa bed. The bathroom (with window) can be used for both bathing and showering and in the kitchen there is a washing machine and a dishwasher, as well as a large fridge and of course everything you are looking for in a kitchen. Great-grandmother's corner bench and two chairs offer space for cosy meals. From the living room you reach the covered balcony (Loggia) through an old double glass door, on which you can also smoke. The apartment itself is a non-smoking apartment, I don't have any pets either. The sofa in the living room can also be easily converted into a double bed. My tenants are the whole apartment (3 rooms; Kitchen; bath) with loggia. Internet (wifi) telephone and cable TV are available. To smoke I ask to go to the balcony. In the large green, enclosed backyard there is the possibility to sit together or to grill or drink coffee under trees. Toys and a sandbox are available for children. On request, a cleaner can be hired for payment.
