We rent our fully furnished gallery house. It impresses with its spacious, open construction with panoramic windows onto the large terrace and with a view of the garden. Real wood parquet was laid in all living rooms. The underfloor heating ensures a cosy feel-good climate. A highlight is the open fireplace for cosy evenings. The house has THREE separate bedrooms and a total of FOUR beds: Bedroom 1: Attic - double bed Bedroom 2: First floor - double bed Bedroom 3: First floor - bunk bed Living room: Ground floor - extendible double bed with a comfortable mattress The kitchen with natural stone top is fully equipped. Here you can conjure up large menus for family & friends. The house has been comprehensively equipped with SmartHome technology. The lamps can be pleasantly dimmed. Any colour scenarios are also possible. Turn the house into a green-goising polar night or a red-dreed Chinatown. A modern shower and a bath are also available. Here, too, you can set the light mood yourself. Shower in the morning in the light mood dawn and bathe in the evening in the colourful light scene of Tokyo. On the two terraces are garden furniture including a large table, which can be changed in length. There are garden chairs and small benches with seat cushions. A gas grill is also available. In front of the window of the living room is a small birdhouse. When it is filled with food, it usually doesn't take long for birds to come. By the way, they chirter all day and sit in the many green trees. The environment is very green and quiet. A washer-dryer and a fully equipped household room are also available. Of course, there is also a drying rack. In the driveway there are two cars right next to the house. More free parking spaces are located nearby. The transport links are very good. In 7 minutes walk there is a train station of the AKN (similar to a subway) from the approx. 100 trains per day to Hamburg. By the way, the train also runs via Kaltenkirchen to Neumünster and on to Kiel. By the nearby motorway Hamburg can be reached by car in approx. 20 minutes. The neighbourhood of the house is very discreet and quiet.
