It is furnished to a high standard, partly with antique furniture, has parquet and tiled floors, TV and large built-in wardrobes that do not affect the living space. Free Wi-Fi is available to the tenant as well as the opportunity to use the 400 square meter garden. The eat-in kitchen has a 2-plate stove, refrigerator, microwave with grill, kettle, toaster, etc......everything you need. You can sleep in a wonderful 1.80 m metal bed. The 6 m² TGL bathroom with separate shower and bathtub also leaves nothing to be desired. A large, very bright hallway is ideal as both a dining room and a beautiful office.
