Ground floor with large living room and guest WC. Upstairs: kitchen, guest room and bathroom. Attic storey: the main bedroom. A washing machine is available in the building's cellar. For each additional person, the rent increases by €100 per month. Final cleaning at the end of your stay will be charged according to the work involved.
