The sun-drenched apartment is located on the 3th floor of a typical historic building in Sachsenhausen. It consists of three large rooms (wooden floorboards, 4 m high ceilings with stucco elements) and an additional small dressing room. The spacious, naturally lit bathroom is equipped with two sinks and a bathtub. The kitchen, with a dining area for 4 people, has a small balcony facing the quiet courtyard and is fully equipped with a fitted kitchen including a refrigerator, stove, microwave, Nespresso machine, washing machine, and dishwasher. The apartment is rented furnished. The furnishings include, among other things, two large wardrobes, two large shelves, a living area with a large table in the living room, a bed, an extra sofa, a wardrobe, etc. The apartment is quietly situated, yet all essential shopping facilities (drugstore, groceries, organic store, etc.) as well as numerous cafes and restaurants are within walking distance in just a few minutes. The Schweizer Platz subway station is 200 meters away. From there, it's one stop to Südbahnhof, which is also easily reachable on foot (900 meters). Both U-Bahn and S-Bahn trains, as well as regional and some ICE trains, operate from there. Additionally, the station square hosts a weekly market twice a week, offering fresh fruits, vegetables, cheese, wine, and much more. The Main Riverbank is 700 meters away. Here you'll find the Film Museum, with numerous other museums of Frankfurt's Museum Embankment nearby — such as the Architecture Museum, the Museum of Telecommunications, and of course, the famous Städel Museum. I am renting my apartment initially for 6 to 12 months, at the latest until the end of August 2026, for personal reasons.
