Die Wohnung verfügt über 78 m² Wohnfläche sowie ein absolutes Highlight: eine ca. 32 m² große Dachterrasse mit Weitblick über ganz Berlin – perfekt für sonnige Abende, Homeoffice oder entspannte Wochenenden. Der Mietvertrag wird zunächst befristet bis Ende Februar 2027 abgeschlossen. Die Wohnung ist wunderbar geschnitten und man fühlt sich hier sofort wohl. Durch die vielen Fenster und die hohe Lage sind alle Räume schön hell und lichtdurchflutet. Man kann sich richtig gemütlich einrichten und schnell ankommen. Die Nachbarn und die Hausgemeinschaft sind sehr angenehm. Besonders schön ist die Dachterrasse: Sie liegt zum Hinterhaus und bietet absolute Ruhe – man hört weder Autos noch Verkehrslärm.
