English: From 1 July 2026, we will be subletting our apartment located on Maternstraße as we will be moving abroad for a limited period. The apartment is not suitable as a shared flat (WG) and is ideal for single occupants or couples looking for a high-quality home in a very good location. The apartment offers 78 sqm of living space and a true highlight: a spacious rooftop terrace of approx. 32 sqm with panoramic views over all of Berlin – perfect for sunny evenings, working from home or relaxed weekends. The sublease will initially be limited until the end of February 2027. The apartment has a great layout and immediately feels like home. Die Wohnung eignet sich ideal für Einzelpersonen oder Paare, die ein hochwertiges Zuhause in sehr guter Lage suchen. Die Wohnung verfügt über 78 m² Wohnfläche sowie ein absolutes Highlight: eine ca. 32 m² große Dachterrasse mit Weitblick über ganz Berlin – perfekt für sonnige Abende, Homeoffice oder entspannte Wochenenden. Der Mietvertrag wird zunächst befristet bis Ende Februar 2027 abgeschlossen. Die Wohnung ist wunderbar geschnitten und man fühlt sich hier sofort wohl. Durch die vielen Fenster und die hohe Lage sind alle Räume schön hell und lichtdurchflutet. Man kann sich richtig gemütlich einrichten und schnell ankommen. Die Nachbarn und die Hausgemeinschaft sind sehr angenehm. Besonders schön ist die Dachterrasse: Sie liegt zum Hinterhaus und bietet absolute Ruhe – man hört weder Autos noch Verkehrslärm.
