Bright and modern apartment 3 minutes drive to A4 (30 minutes to Cologne centre) for cat lovers - the furry house chief living with you. He has lived here for 8 years and wants to stay - asking you politely to feed and cuddle him, thanking you with his charme and company (if he´s not busy outside). The food/vet is provided by me. The spacious livingroom with the open kitchen and woodstove is optimal for homeoffice and coworking and has access to the big garden in summer. The 2-family-house is situated at the border of a quiet residential area, so you have direct access to a relaxing walk in the fields. You have a private parking lot in front of the house with an optional charging station. The open kitchen is really well equipped, and with plenty of work surface, cooking is really fun here. The little wintergarden part in the living room is full of sun in the morning and gives you a wonderful wide view. In winter you may use the wooden chimney, too. The big bedroom with the 1,40m bed has direct access to a terrace. Next to it is a smaller room, which could be used as a childrens room, extra workspace or workout. The bathroom is modern with rainshower and enough space.
