The focus of this apartment is on the needs of the children with home office possibility! Our apartment has 4 rooms in total (living room, 1 bedroom, 1 office/bedroom and 1 children's room). 1 parents bed (2 beds), 1,40 m bed, 1 double bunk bed (2× 90 cm x 2 m), 2 children beds (up to 5 years). An extra bed for babies from Babybay is also available on request. The kitchen is fully equipped. 2 bathrooms, living room and 2 balconies. Dear families, our wonderful 114 sqm apartment near S-Nöldnerplatz (Rummelburg/Lichtenberg, near Friedrichshain, centrally located) is designed entirely for families. Here the complete family, whether small or large, feels at home. More information about the accommodation: The large new-build apartment is designed for families with children, but still offers the possibility to work in the home office. We want to make each member of the family feel "at home". Often accommodations for children are possible, but not really geared to their needs. This accommodation moves the needs of children and babies higher up the list. Children under the age of 2 pay nothing. PRIVATE PLAYPLACE for the small settlement. Hygiene is important to us: our beds are freshly made. A clean mattress protector for each bed is important to us. We also have extra pillow protectors for pillows. Children's room: The existing children's room gives children the feeling of having their own kingdom, despite foreign surroundings. We have a ball pool and also toys, cars, play carpet, board games, puzzles, baby toys, teddies, playmobil, books, keyboard and some more may be used. A portfolio of beds is possible, depending on your needs. Children's equipment in the apartment: A side bed, changing table (board with cozy pad for the baby bed) is also possible on request. Toilet attachment and potty is available. A baby chair/triptrap is available as well as children's cutlery, plates, bowls, cups, baby food warmer, baby monitor, 2x2 m crawling blanket, etc. The apartment is at ground level, so we do not need stair gates. Electrical outlets are mostly equipped with protectors. Bedrooms: The large master bed (2x2 m) offers enough space. Stowage possibilities in a spacious chest of drawers, as well as clothes rail with hangers. Office/guest room: Another room has a comfortable folding bed (1.40 m, see photos). In the room is suitable for home office, because a is small desk with a screen, keyboard, mouse and additional power strip allows here to work well in the home office. KITCHEN: The kitchen is fully equipped (no microwave, but baby food warmer). You have everything you need. Coffee maker is Caffisimo. Bathrooms: 2 bathrooms 1. bathroom (inside) with shower, toilet, towel heater 2nd bathroom with bathtub (washing machine), toilet and window, towel heating. Dining area with living room: The heart of the apartment is the living room (directly separated to the kitchen via kitchen island). In the living room there is a dining area, bookshelf and direct access to one of the balconies. The couch is super cozy and invites to great family hours, with and without children The apartment was August 2018 Erstbezogen after construction of the new development near Friedrichshain (by us). Underfloor heating and sun screens. Access for guests Access takes place via a key box. We offer a tour via videocall on move-in day. Otherwise via messager services or telephone. The entire facility, including table tennis courts and playground, may be used during the rental period. Parking is possible outside the facility (on the street) free of charge.
