We are renting out our cozy and very spacious apartment in Berlin-Karlshorst while we travel around Europe on parental leave. The apartment offers a spacious living and dining area with an adjoining private terrace in the quiet garden. This can also be used as a communal area. There are two bedrooms, one of which is the children's room—this can also be used as a second bedroom (bed provided) or study/working space (desk provided). We can furnish the rooms flexibly according to your needs. The actual study will be locked during the rental period, so there are 3 rooms available, as well as a large bathroom with shower and bathtub and a separate toilet. Karlshorst is located on the outskirts of the city and is only 6 minutes from the Berliner Ring by S-Bahn. The apartment is about a 6-minute walk from the train station. The zoo and Wuhlheide (big park) are nearby for long walks – ideal for escaping the hustle and bustle of Berlin and still being close to the city center. There are various shopping facilities just a 5-10 minute walk down the street, including Edeka, Aldi, Penny, Rossmann, Bio Company, Denns Biomarkt, Netto, various pharmacies, and other medical services.
