Welcome to Stuttgart Feuerbach, the lively district with quick access to the city center. Our apartments and single rooms are equipped with everything you need for a stay in your temporary home. A fully equipped kitchenette in the apartments allows you to enjoy a relaxing stay for up to six months. Two stove tops and cooking utensils make it easy to recreate recipes from our cookbook. Cutlery and crockery by Alessi© and the Nespresso© coffee machine reflect our Italian origins. The comfortable bed with soft bedding will let you get a well-deserved sleep. Sufficient storage space, a bathroom with a large shower and cozy towels give you a homey feeling. In the "Lavanderia", the laundromat, washing machine and dryer are available for a fee, in the "Salone" - the common area you have the opportunity to work, read, relax, or meet neighbors, friends or colleagues. A small conference room is also available. A weekly cleaning including linen change is included in the price. You are welcome to ask for additional cleaning for a fee. Public transport The stop "Stuttgart Feuerbach" is only 250m away from the house. There are subway and suburban trains. To the main station and to the city center of Stuttgart it is only 2 stations, you drive five minutes. 15 minutes to the Stuttgart Schlossplatz and the city center with museums and culture.
