English: Welcome to Stuttgart Feuerbach, the lively district with quick access to the city center. Our apartments and single rooms are equipped with everything you need for a stay in your temporary home. A fully equipped kitchenette in the apartments allows you to enjoy a relaxing stay for up to six months. Two stove tops and cooking utensils make it easy to recreate recipes from our cookbook. Cutlery and crockery by Alessi© and the Nespresso© coffee machine reflect our Italian origins. The comfortable bed with soft bedding will let you get a well-deserved sleep. Sufficient storage space, a bathroom with a large shower and cozy towels give you a homey feeling. In the "Lavanderia", the laundromat, washing machine and dryer are available for a fee, in the "Salone" - the common area you have the opportunity to work, read, relax, or meet neighbors, friends or colleagues. A small conference room is also available. A weekly cleaning including linen change is included in the price. You are welcome to ask for additional cleaning for a fee. Public transport The stop "Stuttgart Feuerbach" is only 250m away from the house. There are subway and suburban trains. To the main station and to the city center of Stuttgart it is only 2 stations, you drive five minutes. 15 minutes to the Stuttgart Schlossplatz and the city center with museums and culture. Zwei Herdplatten und Kochuntensilien machen es dir einfach Rezepte aus unserem Kochbuch nachzukochen. Besteck und Geschirr von Alessi© sowie die Nespresso© Kaffeemaschine spiegeln unseren italienischen Ursprung wider. Das gemütliche Bett mit weicher Bettwäsche lassen dich den wohlverdienten Schlaf finden. Ausreichend Stauraum, ein Bad mit großer Dusche und kuscheligen Handtüchern vermitteln ein heimeliges Gefühl. In der „Lavanderia“, dem Waschsalon stehen dir Waschmaschine und Trockner gegen eine Gebühr zur Verfügung, im „Salone“ – dem Gemeinschaftsbereich hast du die Möglichkeit zu Arbeiten, Lesen, Entspannen, oder Nachbarn, Freunde oder Kollegen zu treffen. Ein kleiner Konferenzraum ist ebenso vorhanden. Eine wöchentliche Reinigung inklusive Wäschewechsel ist im Preis enthalten. Gerne kannst du zusätzliche Reinigungen gegen Gebühr bei uns anfragen. Öffentlicher Nahverkehr Die Haltestelle „Stuttgart Feuerbach“ ist nur 250m vom Haus entfernt. Dort fahren U- und S-Bahnen.
