The apartment building was constructed at the beginning of the 19 century, it's a typical berlin building – front building, the side wing and the back house. It was renovated some years ago and today shows the impressive facade of the typical turn-of-the century houses in his old glory. We offer an apartment on the 3rd floor of the back house, 66 m² in good conditions. We, a couple of designers, renovated the flat in order to preserve some of the "Berliner Luft" we breathed the first time we stepped into the flat. U-Bahn station Eberswalder Straße (tram and subway) can be reached in 5 minutes of walk, Alexanderplatz is 5 minutes of travel and the airport it's app. 45 minutes.
