The headquarters of leading multinationals ZF and RollsRoyce are within walking distance. It is nestled on the 2nd floor of our house on private premises with no public access, thus making it a perfect, small oasis of peace and quiet. Our apartment boasts a Swedish ( M+W collection ) state-of-the art King size box spring bed and a ultra comfortable genuine leather sofa bed ( price tags : 3800 and 2500 euros respectively ) for sumptuous nights of sleep every day of the week. It comes with a extra large flat screen smart tv and an ergonomic work desk and office chair. The kitchenette is fully equipped with kitchenware, gourmet capsule coffee machine and microwave. Capsule coffee, tea and a basic set of beverages are complimentary. Getting there is extremely convenient by all means of transport. If you arrive by train , long distance bus and/ or ferry, you can just walk here in only 1 minute. If you travel by car, we can arrange for convenient parking for a small extra charge. The place ( about 30 m2) is fully furnished and offers all basic amenities. It comes with all basic kitchen - and cooking ware. Free, high speed wifi access. Guests are welcome to enjoy our small garden / flower courtyard seating area. There is your own Miele washer-dryer for convenient usage at home. If you want to travel a bit further, Bavaria and neighboring wonderful Austria & Switzerland are only 30 minutes away both by car and boat. Passionate skiers and/or alpinists might even consider using our place as their base for skiing/ hiking excursions to Vorarlberg ( Austria ) and other nearby locations. Getting around is a real walk in the park. The entire public transport system ( train, bus, boat, plane ) is highly sophisticated and well developed. Ideal both visiting business people and exhibitors ( free shuttle bus transfers to the exhibition center ) and for families as well as elder folks. Parking space can be arranged on the premises for an additional charge.
