The house is quietly located in the western part of Erlangen with good connections to the city center. You can expect a light-flooded 2.5-room granny apartment in low-energy construction. The apartment has its own terrace, a spacious living room with floor-to-ceiling windows, a comfortable double bed, sofa bed, kitchenette with microwave and a dressing room.
