Washer and dryer are located in the basement and for your use only. The apartment is easily accessible in a very quiet area. Tram station 5 min away, you will need about 20 min to the city center. There is also a parking spot available on the premises. Rent includes utilities, wifi and electricity costs. The security deposit is 1800€ and the minimum rental period is 1 month, although we would prefer to rent for longer periods Smoking is not permitted in the apartment. Die Wohnung ist sehr ruhig gelegen und der Balkon lädt zum Entspannen ein. Straßenbahnhaltestelle ist 5 min entfernt und sie brauchen ca 20 min in die Innenstadt.
