The apartment has a spacious living room with a TV, fully equipped kitchen, renovated bathroom with a bath tub. The bedroom has a big closet that will fit everything you need and the apartment has another room to use a you like. Every room has a window so the whole apartment is very bright. Washer and dryer are located in the basement and for your use only. The apartment is easily accessible in a very quiet area. Tram station 5 min away, you will need about 20 min to the city center. There is also a parking spot available on the premises. Rent includes utilities, wifi and electricity costs. The security deposit is 1800€ and the minimum rental period is 1 month, although we would prefer to rent for longer periods Smoking is not permitted in the apartment. Jedes Zimmer verfügt über ein Fenster sodass die Wohnung sehr hell ist. Waschmaschine und Trockner befinden sich im Keller des Hauses und werden nur von ihnen benutzt. Die Wohnung ist sehr ruhig gelegen und der Balkon lädt zum Entspannen ein. Straßenbahnhaltestelle ist 5 min entfernt und sie brauchen ca 20 min in die Innenstadt. Ein Auto kann auf dem Grundstück geparkt werden. In der monatlichen Miete sind Nebenkosten sowie schnelles Internet/ WLAN enthalten.
