We rent out our large single family house with a huge garden between February and June 2026. The house is located in Bonn-Kessenich, near the UN Campus regional train station as well as subway, tram, and bus statioons (5-8 minutes walk). Supermarkets, bakeries, dm, gym, hairdressers, restaurants and the Venusberg forest are all within walking distance, and the Rhine river is also very close. The UN, Telekom, DHL, GIZ, and university faculties as well as Bonn city center can all be reached quickly by bicycle. The rented space comprises two floors (groundfloor and parts of first floor) with a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms with showers, and 4.5 rooms (1.5 living and dining rooms and 3 further rooms) covering approx. 110 square meters. The house can be rented fully furnished. The kitchen equipment is of high quality. The house was completely renovated 3 years ago. The tenants would be the only occupants during this period. There is a large garden of approx. 300 square meters. Washer and dryer in the basement and additional storage in the basement are available. We would only rent the house to one party (couple, family), not as a multi-party shared arrangement.
