It is a bright, cozy 2 room apartment on the 5th floor (without elevator), in a prime location in Berlin Schöneberg. To the details: * 64 sqm * furnished * large balcony with views of beautiful sunsets, trees and birds * Bathroom with large bathtub and shower * Bright and sunny with lots of windows: sun rises in the kitchen and sets in the living room and bedroom * The two rooms (living room and bedroom) are connected by an open archway * Perfect location, in the middle of the city: Gleisdreieckpark, Yorkstraße and Bülowstraße - stations are just a few minutes' walk away * It has just been newly renovated (current photos are still being created) * Please no smokers * Internet and electricity are not included and must be organized by yourself * The building is currently surrounded by scaffolding, but this will be dismantled soon so that there is a completely clear view again. There is currently no elevator, but this will probably be installed again soon. Stairwell and garbage room are not nice but the apartment itself is very cozy, with a great flair! Es gibt gerade keinen Lift, dieser wird wahrscheinlich auch demnächst wieder eingebaut. Treppenhaus und Müllraum sind nicht schön aber dafür die Wohnung selbst sehr wohnlich, mit einem tollen Flair!
