English: I am renting my apartment from February 16th 2025 for a minimum of 6.5 months - maximum 14 months, to a maximum of 2 people. It is a bright, cozy 2 room apartment on the 5th floor (without elevator), in a prime location in Berlin Schöneberg. To the details: * 64 sqm * furnished * large balcony with views of beautiful sunsets, trees and birds * Bathroom with large bathtub and shower * Bright and sunny with lots of windows: sun rises in the kitchen and sets in the living room and bedroom * The two rooms (living room and bedroom) are connected by an open archway * Perfect location, in the middle of the city: Gleisdreieckpark, Yorkstraße and Bülowstraße - stations are just a few minutes' walk away * It has just been newly renovated (current photos are still being created) * Please no smokers * Internet and electricity are not included and must be organized by yourself * The building is currently surrounded by scaffolding, but this will be dismantled soon so that there is a completely clear view again. There is currently no elevator, but this will probably be installed again soon. Stairwell and garbage room are not nice but the apartment itself is very cozy, with a great flair! Zu den Details: * 64 qm * teil-möbliert * großer Balkon mit Aussicht auf schöne Sonnenuntergänge, Bäume und Vögel Bad mit großer Badewanne und Dusche Hell und sonnig mit vielen Fenstern: Sonne geht in der Küche auf und im Wohn- und Schlafzimmer unter Die beiden Zimmer (Wohn- und Schlafzimmer) sind mit einem offenen Rundbogen verbunden Perfekte Lage, mitten in der City : In ein paar Fuß-minuten zu erreichen sind der Gleisdreieckpark, die Stationen Yorkstraße und Bülowstraße Sie wurde gerade neu renoviert (aktuelle Fotos werden noch erstellt) Bitte keine Raucher Internet und Strom sind nicht enthalten und müssen selbst organisiert werden Das Gebäude ist derzeit mit einem Gerüst umrundet, dieses wird aber demnächst abgebaut, so dass wieder komplett freie Sicht geboten ist. Es gibt gerade keinen Lift, dieser wird wahrscheinlich auch demnächst wieder eingebaut. Treppenhaus und Müllraum sind nicht schön aber dafür die Wohnung selbst sehr wohnlich, mit einem tollen Flair!
