The apartment consists of 3 large rooms with a balcony. The windows face the quit side street. The use of the 3rd room can be changed individually. Whether children's room, 2.bedroom, office / home office or dining room you decide. The new white bed from Ikea in the “dining room”, can be used as a couch, sleeping place for 1 person or pulled out for 2 people with a slatted frame and 2 mattresses as a complete bed measuring . The 2. couch, now additionally in the living room, can be die as Couch or pulled out as a „guest couch“ for 1-2 people () and can be moved in another room. I have advertised the apartment for up to 5 people, although 6 people and/or children can also stay.
