Situated just 2 walking minutes from the beautiful parc of castle Charlottenburg, public transport just across the street with which you get to central points easily: Berlin exhibition site is some 10 minutes, Football stadium is about 15 minutes, city center about 20 minutes. The ground is paved with a noise insulation carpet with an old romantic oven (not to be used anymore!) in the corner of the living room. The entire house has been restored very caringly and is a classic Berlin house from the 19 hundreds.
