English: This apartment is very quiet and light in a beautiful old retored building in the Western heart of Berlin! Situated just 2 walking minutes from the beautiful parc of castle Charlottenburg, public transport just across the street with which you get to central points easily: Berlin exhibition site is some 10 minutes, Football stadium is about 15 minutes, city center about 20 minutes. The ground is paved with a noise insulation carpet with an old romantic oven (not to be used anymore!) in the corner of the living room. The entire house has been restored very caringly and is a classic Berlin house from the 19 hundreds. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern and well looked after kitchenware, pots, pans and cutlery. The furnishing is modern and stylish to underline the charming apartment atmosphere.
