Important Rental Information – Please Read Before Booking This apartment is available for temporary stays, and we strictly comply with Munich’s housing regulations. ✅ Stays of 3–6 months are possible only if: • You already have your main residence (Hauptwohnsitz) elsewhere • Your stay in Munich is temporary (. for work, study, project, internship) • You do not register this apartment as your Hauptwohnsitz (main residence) in Munich ❌ We cannot allow Anmeldung (official registration) for stays under 6 months, as this would legally classify the stay as permanent and require special city permits under the “Zweckentfremdungssatzung”. ✅ Anmeldung is only possible for tenants who stay 6 months or longer and meet all the legal requirements. 📝 If you are staying temporarily and already have a Hauptwohnsitz elsewhere (in Germany or abroad), a short-term stay of 3 months can be arranged, but we may ask you to provide documentation (. residence registration, work contract).
