The shared room is furnished with a box spring bed (140 cm wide), a closet, a desk as well as a sofa and TV (incl. Amazon Fire TV Stick). The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, fridge, crockery, cutlery, pots and pans as well as glasses and cups. A washing machine is also available in the apartment. There is also a large communal garden for the entire house where you can barbecue and relax in the summer. The apartment is located in a quiet side street close to the city center. The old town is only 5 minutes away by bike. Supermarkets, bakeries and numerous restaurants are just a few minutes' walk away. The nearest bus stop is also just a few minutes' walk away. The location close to the Stadtamhof district right next to the old town is one of the hippest districts in Regensburg. Quiet but still within walking distance of the old town. Numerous restaurants, bars and beautiful parks and squares make it the most popular district for students and young professionals. It is in a very central location and both the city center and the university can be reached by public transport or bicycle in 10 to 15 minutes. Die Wohnung befindet sich ist in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße nahe der Innenstadt. Die Altstadt ist in nur 5 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad entfernt. Supermärkte, Bäckereien und zahlreiche Restaurants sind in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Die nächste Bushaltestelle ist zu Fuß ebenfalls in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Die Lage nahe dem Stadtviertel Stadtamhofnahe direkt neben der Altstadt ist eines der angesagtesten Viertel in Regensburg. Ruhig aber dennoch ist die Altstadt fußläufig erreichbar. Zahlreiche Restaurants, Bars sowie schöne Parks und Plätze machen es zum beliebtesten Viertel für Studenten und Young Professionals.
