English: Welcome to our spacious and serene apartment in the heart of Berlin! Despite its central location, our home offers a quiet retreat with plenty of natural light. The living room, kitchen, and large south-facing balcony provide stunning views of the iconic Berliner Dom and the Alexanderplatz TV Tower – perfect for enjoying fireworks on New Year’s Eve.
With 100m² of space, the apartment features three rooms, tastefully furnished and fully equipped for a comfortable stay. Public transportation is conveniently located just steps away: the M1 Tram and Hackescher Markt S-Bahn are right outside, and the U8 Weinmeisterstraße is also nearby – only 3 minutes to the main train station.
We welcome long-term stays only, with weekly cleaning included for your convenience. If needed, we can also provide a baby or kids’ bed.

Wir vermieten nur für knapp einem Monat vom bis ! Bitte schreibt in eure Anfrage, dass ihr diese Information gelesen und nur für diesen Zeitraum Interesse habt. Ansonsten werden wir euch nicht berücksichtigen können.
Unsere Wohnung ist großzügig, hell und sehr ruhig trotz zentraler. Die nächsten öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel sind direkt vor der Tür: M1 Tram, Hackescher Markt, U8 Weinmeisterstr.
Die Wohnung ist möbliert und bestens ausgestattet. Bei Interesse können wir auch das Baby Bett aufgestellt lassen.
Wir nehmen eine Monatsmiete Kaution. Bitte schreibt uns ein bisschen über euch und den Zweck eures Aufenthalts. Wir suchen nette Leute, die sich gut um die Wohnung und Pflanzen kümmern.
