Es gibt 2 Duschbäder und ein Wannenbad. Eines davon verfügt über eine Waschmaschine. Bügeleisen und Bügelbrett stehen auch zur Verfügung. Das Haus hat keinen Lift. Die Straßenbahnlinie M4 hält direkt vor der Tür. Sie fährt in ein paar Minuten zum Alexanderplatz oder zur Ringbahn.
