The 3-room attic apartment (85 m²) is in a quiet location with good connections to Potsdam city center and public transport, including to Berlin. Sanssouci Park and the Havel are in the immediate vicinity.
The apartment has been renovated, is furnished and has beautiful floorboards and a balcony.
The rooms are bright and offer plenty of space to feel at home.
The rent is a full warm rent that covers all utilities such as water, heating, electricity, internet and TV. Smoking and pets are not permitted in the apartment.
The neighborhood in the house is pleasant and friendly.

Die Zwischenmiete ist befristet für den Zeitraum bis , also ca. 3 Monate. Voraussetzung ist eine gültige Haftpflichtversicherung der Zwischenmieter*in während des Mietzeitraums.
Die 3-Zimmer-Dachgeschosswohnung (85 m²) befindet sich in einer ruhigen Lage mit guter Anbindung zur Potsdamer Innenstadt und den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln, auch Richtung Berlin. Der Park Sanssouci und die Havel sind in unmittelbarer Nähe.
Die Wohnung ist saniert, möbliert und verfügt über einen schönen Dielenboden und einen Balkon.
Die Zimmer sind hell und bieten viel Raum, um sich wohlzufühlen.
