English: We rent our fully furnished and equiped apartment for 2 years, while we are staying abroad. The apartment has a large kitchen, a full bath, a guest toilet, a study (which can become a bedroom), a living room with dining table, a children's / teenager's room and a bedroom with workplace. Bicycles can be stored in the basement. The house is located about 5 minutes walk from the S-Bahn station Babelsberg. The expressway is about 2 minutes away by car. All necessary shops and doctors are in the immediate vicinity, as well as a cinema and various bars, restaurants and snack bars. The beautiful Park Babelsberg can be reached in about 15 minutes on foot. We work in Berlin and Potsdam and love living here! The rent includes everything: water, heating, electricity and WiFi. The deposit is euros. The minimum rental period is 2 months. Smoking is not allowed! Dogs, cats and smaller animals are fine.
German: Wir vermieten unsere vollmöblierte und ausgestattete Wohnung für 2 Jahre, während unseres Auslandsaufenthaltes. Die Wohnung verfügt über eine große Wohnküche, ein Vollbad, ein Gäste-WC, ein Arbeitszimmer (das zum weiteren Schlafzimmer werden kann), ein Wohnzimmer mit Esstisch, ein Kinder-/Jugendzimmer und ein Schlafzimmer mit weiterem Arbeitsplatz. Fahrräder können im Keller untergestellt werden. Das Haus liegt ca. 5 Gehminuten vom S-Bahnhof Babelsberg entfernt. Zur Schnellstraße sind es ca. 2 Autominuten. Alle notwendigen Geschäfte und Ärzte sind in unmittelbarer Nähe, ebenso ein Kino und diverse Bars, Restaurants und Imbisse. Der wunderschöne Park Babelsberg ist in ca. 15 Gehminuten zu erreichen. Wir arbeiten in Berlin und Potsdam und leben sehr gerne hier! In der Miete ist alles inklusive: Wasser, Heizung, Strom und WLAN. Die Kaution beträgt Euro. Die Mindestmietdauer beträgt 2 Monate. Rauchen ist nicht gestattet! Hunde, Katzen und kleinere Tiere sind willkommen.
