We are renting out our 5-year-old houseboat in Berlin Köpenick/Grünau
The two-story houseboat consists
on the upper floor of a large room 5x 16m open kitchen-living room, dining room and living room with adjoining terrace.
In the basement there are 4 cabins, a shower room with separate toilet
The ship supplies itself with electricity for around 9 months of the year via a solar island system.
In winter, a heat pump and/or a warm air combustion stove supplies the underfloor heating in all cabins with heat.
Hot water via gas/electricity instantaneous water heater
Cooking via gas/electricity
We built and expanded the ship ourselves as a family. A lot of love and work went into it.
We want to go abroad for 1-3 years and are looking for a worthy successor or subtenant
Above all, this person should be technically proficient and also happy to lend a hand with enthusiasm. Respect the ship and look after it in our spirit.
We are looking for a quiet, friendly tenant who also gets along well with the neighbors/residents
Appropriate insurance would have to be taken out
We are looking for rent of 1700 euros/month

Das zweietagige Wohnschiff besteht
in der oberen Etage aus einem grossen Raum 5x 16m offene Wohnküche, Esszimmer und Wohnraum mit angeschlossener Terrasse.
Im Untergeschoss gibt es 4 Kabinen, Ein Duschbad mit separatem WC
Das Schiff versorgt sich ca 9 Monate im Jahr selbst über Solar Inselanlage mit Strom.
Im Winter versorgt eine Wärmepumpe und/oder eine Warmluftverbrennungskaminofen die Fußbodenheizung in allen Kabinen mit Wärme.

Das Schiff haben wir uns als Familie selber gebaut und ausgebaut. Es steckt sehr viel Liebe und Arbeit darin.
Wir wollen 1-3 Jahre ins Ausland und suchen einen würdigen Nachfolger bzw Untermieter
Dieser sollte vor allem technisch versiert sein und auch gerne mit Lust und Laune Hand anlegen wollen. Das Schiff respektieren und in unserem Sinne hegen und pflegen.
Wir stellen uns einen ruhigen freundlichen Mieter vor, der auch mit den Anliegern/Anwohnern gut zurecht kommt
Es müßte eine entsprechende Versicherung abgeschlossen werden
Als Miete stellen wir uns 1700 Euro/Monat vor
