1 room apartment of 46 m² in Dusseldorf

English: The apartment is located in a lively moroccan neighborhood very close to the main station. There are shops (bakery, Cafe, grocery) in the same street. Through the main station the whole city and neighboring cities as well as the airport are very easily accessible. The apartment was renewed (new kitchen, new bathroom, floors, painting) in 2022. Unfortunately there is no elevator. German: Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem lebendigen marokkanischen Viertel ganz in der Nähe des Hauptbahnhofs. Es gibt Geschäfte (Bäcker, Café, Lebensmittelgeschäft) in derselben Straße. Durch den Hauptbahnhof sind die ganze Stadt und benachbarte Städte sowie der Flughafen sehr gut erreichbar. Die Wohnung wurde 2022 erneuert (neue Küche, neues Bad, Böden, Anstrich). Leider gibt es keinen Aufzug.
