Our Mediterranean apartment building is located on the southern outskirts of Gernsbach. The "Pearl of the Murg Valley", as Gernsbach is also called, is located in the middle of the mountain-lined Black Forest Valley Road, protected in one of the most beautiful and largest forest areas in the Black Forest with around 14,000 inhabitants. The landscape conservation area with numerous hiking and walking trails begins right next to our house. The historic old town, which is worth seeing, is only 700 m away, where a variety of shops and restaurants invite you to stroll and linger. The tram stop is only 700 m away, Gaggenau is 5 km away, Rastatt is 15 km (A5) and Karlsruhe is 35 km away. The cosmopolitan spa town of Baden-Baden is only 8 km away.
