The convenient location allows you to reach the apartment from the main station within 11 minutes without changing trains. The airport Leipzig/Halle is about 20 km away.
The 2-room apartment, which was only newly furnished in 2018, has a living room and a bedroom, a bathroom with bathtub and shower as well as a spacious kitchen, from which you have access to a large terrace, which is available just for you and is equipped with a seat for 4 persons.
In the bedroom you will find a 160 cm bed with high quality mattresses.
The fold-out sofa in the living area can easily be converted into another sleeping area with a 140 cm wide bed. For business visitors there is also a small workstation.
In the fully equipped modern kitchen you will find a dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave and refrigerator. The seat is suitable for 4 persons.
WLAN is free of charge.
In the bedroom as well as in the living room there are TV sets which you can control via your private Google Chrome account. The TV in the bedroom is a Smart TV with many apps. A built-in speaker in the bathroom lets you listen to your favorite music or your favorite radio station via Bluetooth.
For self-catering there are supermarkets, bakeries, pharmacy, laundromat, snack bars, restaurants, ...
You can easily find a parking space in the surrounding streets. For loading and unloading you stop directly in front of the house.
There is also a tram stop about 20 meters from the house. A perfect starting point for many exciting activities. Especially popular destinations are the Leipzig Zoo, the Nikolai Church, the Monument of the Battle of Nations and of course our beautiful city as a "shopping paradise".

Das erst 2018 neu ausgestattete 2-Zimmer Apartment verfügt über ein Wohn- und ein Schlafzimmer, ein Bad mit Badewanne und Dusche sowie eine geräumige Küche, von der aus Du Zugang zu einer großen Terrasse hast, die allein für Dich bereitsteht und mit einem Sitzplatz für 4 Personen ausgestattet ist.
Im Schlafzimmer wartet ein 160 cm bereites Bett mit hochwertigen bequemen Matratzen auf Dich.
Das ausklappbare Sofa im Wohnbereich ist sehr einfach zu einem weiteren Schlafplatz mit einer ca. 140 cm breiten Liegefläche umzubauen. Für Business Besucher ist zusätzlich ein kleiner Arbeitsplatz eingerichtet.
In der vollausgestatteten modernen Küche findest Du Spülmaschine, Herd, Backofen, Mikrowelle und Kühlschrank. Der Sitzplatz ist für 4 Personen geeignet.
WLAN ist kostenfrei.
Sowohl im Schlaf- als auch im Wohnzimmer befinden sich TV Geräte, die Du über Deinen privaten Google Chrome Account ansteuern kannst. Der TV im Schlafzimmer ist ein Smart TV mit vielen Apps. Über einen Einbaulautsprecher im Bad kannst Du Deine Lieblings-Musik oder Deinen Wunschsender per Bluetooth anhören.

Einen Parkplatz findest Du problemlos in den umliegenden Straßen. Zum Be- und Entladen hältst Du direkt vorm Haus.
