Rent 2 bedroom apartment of 94 m² in Cologne

English: Hello, We are renting out our flat and absolute oasis of well-being from for approx. 6 months to explore new countries for a few months. (Date may be somewhat flexible) It is a very sunny maisonette flat with two (yes two!) balconies. The small balcony is at the kitchen, the big one at the living room.
The flat has a spacious bedroom, a study, a dressing room/guest/bedroom with a further workplace, a large bathroom with washing machine, an open-plan living room, a storage room and a spacious kitchen (3.5 rooms + kitchen, bathroom, storage room; floor area 118 sqm, officially 94 sqm due to slopes; photos are taken with a wide-angle lens). It is located on the 4th and 5th floor of a block of flats, so it is extremely bright, has long hours of sunshine and is very quiet. Please note that there is no lift, that keeps you fit :)
In our opinion, the flat is ideal for a couple, but also suitable for a flat share if you know/understand each other well (for 2 people), as the centrepiece is simply the living room. As this is an interim rental, we are leaving our furniture behind. Everything is already included in the rent (basic rent, operating costs, gas, electricity, internet, GEZ, household contents insurance, furniture + equipment). We would discuss the exact breakdown of costs with you again, as we bill the gas and electricity costs exactly according to your consumption, for example, so that you only pay for what you use. We will of course make some space for you and would be delighted if you would take good care of our green plants in our absence.

Wir vermieten unsere Wohnung und absolute Wohlfühloase ab für ca. 6 Monate unter, um für ein paar Monate neue Länder zu erkunden. (Datum ggf etwas flexibel)
Es handelt sich um eine sehr sonnige Maisonette Wohnung mit zwei (ja zwei!) Balkonen. Der kleine Balkon befindet sich an der Küche, der große am Wohnzimmmer.
Die Wohnung hat ein großzügiges Schlafzimmer, ein Arbeitszimmer, ein Ankleide-/Gäste/Schlafzimmer mit weiterem Arbeitsplatz, großes Bad mit Waschmaschine, offenes Wohnzimmer, eine Abstellkammer und geräumige Küche (3,5 Zimmer + Küche, Bad, Abstellzimmer; Grundfläche 118 qm, offiziell 94 qm wegen Schrägen; Fotos sind mit Weitwinkel gemacht). Sie befindet sich im 4. und 5. Stock eines Mehrfamilienhauses, dadurch ist sie extrem hell, hat lange Sonne und ihr habts recht ruhig. Bitte beachtet, dass es keinen Fahrstuhl gibt, das hält fit :)
Die Wohnung ist aus unserer Sicht super für ein Paar geeignet, aber auch WG tauglich, wenn ihr euch gut kennt/versteht (für 2 Personen), da das Herzstück einfach das Wohnzimmer ist. Da es sich um eine Zwischenmiete handelt lassen wir unsere Möbel da. In der Miete ist bereits alles enthalten (Kaltmiete, Betriebskosten, Gas, Strom, Internet, GEZ, Hausratversicherung, Möbel + Ausstattung). Die genaue Kostenaufschlüsselung würden wir nochmal mit euch besprechen, da wir zum Beispiel die Gas- uns Stromkosten genau nach eurem Verbrauch abrechnen, sodass ihr nur das zahlt, was ihr verbraucht. Wir machen natürlich etwas Platz für euch und würden uns freuen, wenn ihr euch in unserer Abwesenheit gut um unsere Grünpfanzen kümmert.
