Rent 4 bedroom apartment of 85 m² in Cologne

English: A small house with two floors and 4 rooms in Cologne Ostheim is available for temporary rent. From (see below) to (see below) we are letting our home for temporary rent. The first and second floors are available for use, while the ground floor remains occupied. A garden of 800 m2 can be used. The property is fully furnished, only a bed would have to be brought with you and you would have to fill the fridge yourself. In the living room there is also a couch with a sleeping function for guests. In the dining room there is a dining table that can be pulled out and a workbench as a desk or work corner. The kitchen is also fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, induction stove, extractor hood and fridge. Smaller appliances such as kettles etc. are also available. If you go up the stairs, you are on the first floor where the bathroom and the large room as a potential bedroom are located. Next to the bathroom is the small room with a washer-dryer. In the large room on the first floor, the exposed stone wall is the eye-catcher of the house. There would be enough space for a place to sleep. Around the corner, behind the beams, is a small dressing room with a closet and chest of drawers.
The rent is warm and an advance payment would be made for the electricity. At the end of the period, the meter reading will be checked to see whether an additional payment is necessary.
We would also take a deposit for the rent and possible damage to furniture or equipment.
Location
The apartment is relatively close to the city and also to the green outskirts of the city. It is a 5-minute walk to the bus station and Ostheim train station. There is also an S-Bahn stop nearby.
You can take the train to the city center in 15 minutes or by bike in 25 minutes.
In the immediate vicinity (3 minutes) there is a Rewe, Lidl and Penny as well as other shops such as a post office etc..
You can be on the motorway (A3/A4) within 3 minutes.
You can reach the airport and the Deutz exhibition halls in 10 minutes.
German: Zur Zwischenmiete steht ein kleines Haus mit zwei Etagen und 4 Zimmern in Köln Ostheim frei. In dem Zeitraum vom (siehe unten) bis zum (siehe unten) geben wir unser Zuhause zur Zwischenmiete ab. Das steht zur Nutzung im ersten und zweiten Stock frei, während das Erdgeschoss bewohnt bleibt. Ein Garten von einer Fläche von 800 qm2 kann gerne mitgenutzt werden. Das Objekt ist vollmöbliert, einzig und allein ein Bett müsste mitgebracht werden und den Kühlschrank müsstet ihr euch noch selbst füllen. Im Wohnzimmer befindet sich außerdem eine Couch mit Schlaffunktion für Gäste. Im Esszimer ist ein Esstisch, der ausgezogen werden kann und eine Werkbank als Schreibtisch oder Arbeitsecke. Die Küche ist ebenfalls voll ausgestattet mit Geschirrspüler, Backofen, Induktionsherd, Dunstabzuckshaube und Kühlschrank. Auch kleinere Geräte wie Wasserkocher etc. sind vorhanden. Geht man die Treppe hoch, befindet man sich im ersten Stock wo sich das Bad und der große Raum als potentielles Schlafzimmer befindet. Neben dem Bad befindet sich die kleine Kammer mit einem Waschtrockner. In dem großen Raum im ersten Stock findet sich die freigelegte Steinwand als Hingucker des Hauses. Dort gäbe es genug Platz für eine Schlafmöglichkeit. Um die Ecke, hinter den Balken, ist ein kleiner Ankleide-Raum mit Schrank und Kommode.
Die Miete ist warm und für den Strom würde ein Abschlag gezahlt werden. Am Ende des Zeitraums wird durch den Zählerstand überprüft, ob eine Nachzahlung nötig ist.
Außerdem würden wir eine Kaution für die Miete und möglichen Schäden an Möbeln oder Geräten nehmen.
Lage
Die Wohnung ist relativ nah zur Stadt und ebenfalls zum grünen Stadtrand gelegen. Ihr geht zu Fuß 5 Minuten zum Busbahnhof und zu der Bahnstation Ostheim. Ausserdem ist eine S-Bahn Haltestelle ebenfalls in der Nähe.
Ihr fahrt mit der Bahn 15 Minuten ins Stadtzentrum oder mit dem Fahrrad in 25 Minuten.
In unmittelbarer Nähe (3 Minuten) befindet sich ein Rewe, Lidl und Penny sowie weitere Geschäfte wie Post etc..
Innerhalb von 3 Minuten seid ihr auf der Autobahn (A3/A4).
Innerhalb von 10 Minuten ist man am Flughafen sowie an den Deutzer Messehallen.
