English: I am looking for a person to sub-let my apartment starting from April 1, 2025, until June 2026 (also shorter period possible, also possibility to extend sub-lease after June next year). Since I currently live and work abroad, I am looking for someone who will take good and careful care of my four walls and the existing furnishings in the meantime.
