English: Very nice and centrally located apartment for sublet for 6-7 months. The rental duration is not set in stone; we can certainly discuss the rental period, but it should be at least 4-5 months. Maybe this is an ideal opportunity to have a place to stay first and then take your time looking for something more permanent :) The apartment is about 90 m², divided into a very large living room, a spacious study, a bedroom, kitchen, and bathroom. The apartment will be rented fully furnished and with complete kitchen equipment. Utilities (electricity, water, gas, and internet) are already included in the costs. The apartment is on the raised ground floor (Hochparterre) and has a balcony, as well as a small green area in front of the building. There is also a private cellar. The apartment is only partially suitable as a shared flat; two people could share it, but the furnishing is more geared towards a couple or a single person. Vielleicht ist das eine ideale Gelegenheit um erstmal eine Unterkunft zu haben und dann selbst in Ruhe suchen zu können :) Die Wohnung hat ca. 90 qm, die sich auf ein sehr großes Wohnzimmer, ein großes Arbeitszimmer, ein Schlafzimmer, Küche und Bad aufteilen. Die Wohnung wird komplett möbliert und mit kompletter Küchenausstattung übergeben. In den Nebenkosten sind Strom, Wasser, Gas und Internet bereits enthalten. Die Wohnung ist Hochpaterre und hat einen Balkon, sowie eine kleine Grünfläche vor dem Haus. Einen eigenen Keller gibt es auch dazu. Die Wohnung ist nur bedingt WG tauglich, 2 Personen könnten sich die Wohnung teilen, allerdings ist die Möblierung eher auf ein Paar bzw. eine Einzelperson ausgerichtet.
