Our cozy apartment was renovated in 2024 and is located on the ground floor of a small apartment building in the beautiful residential area of Wandsbek / Tonndorf right next to the beautiful Eichtalpark. The apartment has a large living room/bedroom with an attached heated winter garden. You can also access the small garden behind the house via the fully equipped kitchen. The practical bathroom offers a large shower, a sink and a toilet.
THE LIVING ROOM AND BEDROOM
The spacious living room and bedroom are furnished with a comfortable leather sofa including a small side table, a large double bed and a cozy carpet. A practical large wardrobe with a mirror offers you good storage options. Opposite the leather sofa there is a small TV table including a television. Cozy evenings with exciting films are guaranteed. You enter the bright winter garden via the large floor-to-ceiling windows.
THE WINTER GARDEN, HOME OFFICE and DINING ROOM
The light-flooded, heated winter garden is used as a dining room and home office. In the winter garden you will find a small dining table that can be pulled out into a large table. You can comfortably eat your meals or enjoy tea on two comfortable seats. On the left there is a small desk waiting to be used. The workplace is perfect for the home office. When the weather is nice, you can open two doors to the winter garden and enjoy your home office in the sunshine and fresh air.

THE KITCHEN

In addition, two practical wardrobes offer you good storage options. A small TV table including a television ensures cozy evenings with exciting films. The cozy apartment is flooded with lots of light from the windows.

The practical additional room can be used as a storage room, as a study or as a guest room. A skylight also creates a pleasant atmosphere in this small room. A single bed without a mattress and a desk with two chairs as well as sufficient space enable versatile use.
