English: Sunny one room apartment located in one of the best spots between Kreuzberg and Neukölln. Lots of restaurants and cafes around and about 3 minutes by foot to the subway station Schönleinstrasse. Hermannplatz, Admiralsbrücke and Kottbusser Tor close by. It is possible to put the name on the postbox so letters can be received.
IMPORTANT: There is a scaffolding around the house till the end of summer because the attic above the flat will be renovated for the next months and there might be noise from the construction above from 8am to 6pm on Monday till Saturday. Right now the construction site is very quiet. The flat is still bright despite the scaffolding and very quiet otherwise.

Hermannplatz, Admiralsbrücke und Kottbusser Tor in der Nähe. Der Name kann am Briefkasten angebracht werden um Post zu empfangen.
WICHTIG: Im Moment steht ein Gerüst an der Fassade im Innenhof da das Dachgeschoss über der Wohnung in den nächsten Monaten renoviert wird und es kann von Montag bis Samstag von 8 bis 18 Uhr zu Baulärm kommen. Im Moment gibt es keine störenden Geräusche von der Baustelle. Generell ist es ansonsten im Haus sehr ruhig.
