English: The apartment
The lovingly furnished and cozy apartment (55 sqm, living room and 2 bedrooms, each with its own entrance from the hallway) is centrally and quietly located in Hamburg-Eppendorf and near the Alster.
In the bedroom there is a 160 x 200 cm bed, in the guest room there is a 90 x 200 cm bed, also extendable to 160 x 200 cm. Bed linen and towels are provided. WLAN, TV, hairdryer and iron can be used with pleasure. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher and washing machine, with tea and spices.
The apartment is located on the 1st floor. In the garden behind the house there is a shelter for bicycles. Who comes by car: the apartment is located in a one-way street, entrance from Tarpenbekstr. Parking spaces can be found on both sides of the street, but they are often quickly occupied.
The surroundings and traffic connections
Just around the corner are Haynspark and the Alster with the possibility of nice walks or jogging tours. The shopping streets of Eppendorf with cafés, restaurants, boutiques and furniture stores, as well as Edeka, Penny and weekly markets are only a few minutes walk away. The UKE (University Hospital Eppendorf) can also be reached quickly.
The U1 (Lattenkamp) and U3 (Kellinghusenstraße) subway lines are about a 10-minute walk away, as are various bus lines. The city center, the harbor, the Schanze or Reeperbahn can be reached in a few minutes by car.
House rules
We have a non-smoking household, therefore smoking is not allowed in the apartment. No parties are allowed and no strangers may be brought into the apartment. Please do not annoy the neighbors with noise.
German: Die Wohnung
Die liebevoll eingerichtete und gemütliche Wohnung (55 qm, Wohnzimmer und 2 Schlafzimmer, jeweils mit eigenem Eingang aus dem Flur) liegt zentral und ruhig in Hamburg-Eppendorf und Alsternähe.
Im Schlafzimmer steht ein 160 x 200 cm Bett, im Gästezimmer ein 90 x 200 cm, ebenfalls auf 160 x 200 cm ausziehbares Bett. Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind vorhanden. WLAN, TV, Fön und Bügeleisen können gern benutzt werden. Die Küche ist mit Geschirrspüler und Waschmaschine, mit Tee und Gewürzen komplett ausgestattet.
Die Wohnung liegt im 1. Stock. Im Garten hinter dem Haus gibt es einen Unterstand für Fahrräder. Wer mit dem Auto kommt: Die Wohnung liegt in einer Einbahnstraße, Einfahrt von der Tarpenbekstr. aus. Parkplätze findet man auf den beiden Straßenseiten, doch sind sie auch oft schnell belegt.
Die Umgebung und Verkehrsanbindung
Direkt um die Ecke liegen der Haynspark und die Alster mit der Möglichkeit zu schönen Spaziergängen oder Joggingtouren. Die Einkaufsstraßen von Eppendorf mit Cafés, Restaurants, Boutiquen und Einrichtungsläden, ebenso Edeka, Penny und Wochenmärkte sind nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Auch das UKE (Universitätsklinikum Eppendorf) ist schnell erreichbar.
Die U-Bahnlinien U1 (Lattenkamp) und U3 (Kellinghusenstraße) liegen ca. 10 Gehminuten entfernt, ebenso diverse Buslinien. Das Zentrum, der Hafen, die Schanze oder Reeperbahn sind in wenigen Fahrminuten erreicht.
Hausregeln
Wir haben einen Nichtraucherhaushalt, daher darf in der Wohnung nicht geraucht werden. Es dürfen keine Partys gefeiert und keine fremden Leute mit in die Wohnung gebracht werden. Bitte die Nachbarn nicht mit Lärm ärgern.
