To the main train station it's a 10 min walk, to the city center a 3 min walk. About 40m² in size, fully furnished & equipped, has 1.5 rooms & a balcony with a magnificent view of Mannheim's landmark, the water tower. The apartment is on the 3rd floor (big, modern elevator), has a parquet floor, is very bright and well soundproofed (thick walls). In the evening it's very quiet, in the immediate vicinity are 2 bakeries, a butcher, modern cafes, a Penny and a Rewe as well as the "Planken" and the "Fressgasse" (downtown Mannheim).
