Welcome to our stylish apartment in Otterbach. You will enjoy a fully equipped, newly renovated home on the first floor with a comfortable king size bed. Park directly in front of the apartment and feel home. We are just 15 minutes from Ramstein AirBase. Once you’re parked on your private parking spot in front of the apartment it’s just a few steps to the private entrance. There are no stairs to this first level apartment. A large room combining living, working, dining and kitchen welcomes you. The large windows are a charm especially on sunny days. Sit back and enjoy Netflix on the 55” flatscreen. Hungry? The kitchen is fully equipped with all cooking appliances (fridge, freezer, oven, stove, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, kettle). Basics like salt, pepper, oils, aluminum foil are included as well. The round table features up to four people on very comfortable chairs. The bathroom features a large shower (almost no step into the shower) and is fully equipped either. You will be sleeping in a comfortable king size bed. Additional sheets and blankets available. In this residential area you will not hear street or train noise and (hopefully) have a good rest. Remote work, gaming, video call? No problem. A 250MBit WiFi will allow you a high speed connection during your stay, and also allows flawless streaming of Netflix and AmazonPrime which are included. The apartment is exclusively for you, having even a separate entrance. You also have access to a shared laundry room across the hall (washing machine and dryer available). The rest of the rooms are exclusively used by the two other parties. We do not live in the building but are just a call or text away. If you need assistance, we will be there personally in a couple of minutes.
