It's in a really nice and leafy neighborhood with lots of bars, cafes, restaurants, and small design shops. Personally, it's one of my favorite neighborhoods in Berlin. The Hasenheide park is super close and the canal is also only 5 min walk away. There is a really big and lovely fresh fruit and veg market twice a week and is very close. Lots of supermarkets in the area and great public transport connections. The closest station is Hermannplatz on U7 and U8 lines. Weserstrasse with all its bars and little galleries is literally on the corner of this flat. The flat has a large living room and a large bedroom with a balcony and nice view of the front of the house. Super bright flat and gets lots of sunshine all day, especially in the afternoon!
